If your patient has Desired conception/Low Progesterone:
Make sure you are using the progesterone with the following methods:
1) Ensure we are not suppressing ovulation by starting the progesterone cycle before ovulation
(Start 2 days after LH spike, or after BBT rise)
2) Ensure adequate replacement with a sufficient dose
(Serum peak Luteal progesterone should be over 10)
3) Continue progesterone until menses begins OR menses is 7 days late AND you have a negative pregnancy test
