1. The Juicy Hack: Since I use lean beef (no fat), I add raw onions and fresh herbs after the meat cools. This releases moisture while frying so the inside never gets dry!
2. The 1-Inch Fold: I show you how to tuck the edge 1 inch inside to lock the corners. This prevents oil from entering the samosa!
📋 Ingredients List:
Beef Mince (Qeema) - 350g (Lean/No Fat)
Readymade Samosa Sheets (Patti) - 1 Pack
Onion (Chopped) - 2 Cups (Squeeze water out!)
Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhania) - 2-3 tbsp
Mint Leaves (Podina) - 1 tbsp
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) Crushed - 1 tbsp
Garlic (Lehsan) Crushed - 1 tbsp
Flour + Water (Slurry for sealing)
Spices:
Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Crushed - 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania) Roasted & Crushed - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) - ½ tsp
Salt (Namak) - ½ tbsp or to taste
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tbsp

❄️ How to Store (Make & Freeze):
1. Flash Freeze: Place raw samosas on a tray (don't let them touch) and freeze for 1-2 hours.
2. Bag It: Once hard, transfer to a Ziploc bag.
3. Cook: Fry DIRECTLY from frozen. Do not thaw!

1. Deep Fry (Best Taste):
Fry on medium flame until golden brown.
2. Air Fry (Healthy Option):
Brush mini samosas with oil. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C. Fry for 10-12 minutes (Flip halfway).
3. Bake (Oven Method):
Brush with oil. Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 20-25 minutes (Flip once after 15 mins).
