David Turk, former deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and Vanessa Chan, the DOE's former chief commercialization officer and Penn Engineering's inaugural Vice Dean of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, reflect on their time implementing U.S. energy policy.
