A child with a history of palm thorn foreign body in the dorsum of his foot, Foreign body not seen by X-ray.
The Ultrasound was very sensitive for the detection of the foreign body and the surrounding abscess besides hyper-dynamic inflammatory vascularity.
There is an image of the foreign body after extraction at the end of the video.
This course can be conducted upon request individually or in groups.
