Easy Egg tart, sorry about the accident happed in this video.The egg tarts are delicious though 蛋挞

Those egg tarts you probably getting them at Dim Sum restaurant all the time, now you can easily make it home! The tart shells you can find at your local asian market frozen food section.
The egg custard filling: (This recipe is for 10 egg tarts)
110g milk
40g sugar
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
180g heavy cream

Bake 400F for 25 minutes! enjoy :)
