This 20 minute yoga flow is designed to help you relieve back pain, spinal mobility, and reduce stiffness from prolonged sitting or poor posture. We are going to focus on controlle spinal extension, thoracic mobility and gentle backbends to nourish the spine without compression. Movements are slow, mindful and suitable for all levels.
You can always modify the poses or support yourself with props. Keep your practice safe and gentle. Enjoy the practice!
