Ingredients:
Whole chicken 3-4 Lb
4 tbsp soften butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp oregano( optional)
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon
Mix all the ingredients well
rub all over the chicken, under the skin & inside the cavity
