In this video I will show you how to make a Cheesy Scalloped potato Roll with Ground Chicken that perfect for any comfort food craving. This recipe combines thinly sliced potatoes, a delicious ground chicken filling, and a lot of cheeses all backed to golden brown perfection it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. it is delicious and flvorfull and perfect for family dinner.
Ingredients:
To Prepare the filling:
1 large cut Onion
3 Tbsps oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2.25 LB (1 Kg) ground Chicken
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Cumen
Ground garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
3 Tbsp garlic minced
Dried Parsley
6 Large potatoes sliced to thinly sliced
5 cups Mozerella Cheese
3 cups Cheddar cheese
1 cup feta Cheese ( Optional)
1 cup of pasta Sauce
