While the High bar squat is one of the most common way people squat in the gym, it's probably not the best one when it comes to lifting as much as you can. That's why we see this trend in powerlifting, where most lifters will use the Low bar squat. And I think there are some things that people don't necessarily know in order to perform a good low bar squat.
This is why I wanted to do this video, in order to have a proper low bar squat tutorial with my best 3 advices that helped me the most when I switched from a high bar to a low bar squat. Like I said in the video, the High bar is still a very valuable exercise that I'd recommend to most lifters, powerlifters or not, but if you're looking to lift as much as you can, you'll have better chances with the low bar.
