As a contribution to The Auravana Project and the direction of a community-type society (a natural law resource-based economy, NL/RBE), this video describes the design and development of some forms of circular city. The clips in this video come [in part] from the first open source integrated circular city publicly available.
You can find that content in this video (that which is free and open source) at the link below, including two VR executable files (one for Stingray and one for UE4), which you can run and experience the city for yourself in VR (HTC Vive required).
