As a contribution to The Auravana Project and the direction of a community-type society (a natural law resource-based economy, NL/RBE), this video is a description of circular cities in community versus cities in modern society. The clips in this video come [in part] from the first open source integrated circular city publicly available.
You can find that content in this video (that which is free and open source) from at the link below, including two VR executable files (one for Stingray and one for UE4), which you can run and experience the city for yourself in VR (HTC Vive required).
