If I were asked to choose just ONE healing practice I would definitely say gratitude!
Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership.
When you practise gratitude, you raise your vibration to a more elevated state of being where you can override old beliefs and emotions and become a magnet for the joyful life you deserve.
I will be leading a guided healing meditation and will share some practical tools for you to use on your daily life.

Hi, I'm Verónica!
My mission is to help people heal their past so they can have a better future.

I have a unique approach to healing and self-development which combines powerful healing modalities (including Emotional Freedom Technique, Matrix Reimprinting, Theta Healing, Pranic Healing and Shamanic Energy Medicine, Breathwork), the results-orientated approach of Coaching and the therapeutic background of Humanistic Integrative Counselling.
