Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind with Theta Healing | Guided Meditation

The subconscious mind holds our core beliefs about ourselves, others and the world.
These beliefs determine the reality we experience. If most of your core beliefs are positive and empowering, life will just flow for you.

But if you hold some old, limiting beliefs that don't align with the life you want to create, you might feel stuck, like everything is a struggle or like you never get close to the joyful life you deserve.

In this session we will explore:
How to access our deepest core beliefs stored in the subconscious mind
How they operate in the background
How to 'rewrite' your limiting beliefs into a more empowering self-narrative

The session will include some practical exercises and a guided Theta Healing meditation so bring pen and paper and make sure you will be in a space where you won't be disturbed.
