If you’re new to my channel, my name is Johnney Zhang.
I’m the founder and chairman of Primior Asset Management, an innovative real estate investment, development, and management company base in Los Angeles. Over the course of my career, I’ve managed more than $2 billion in assets. My journey includes fix and flip, developing luxury custom properties and multifamily rental properties, managing varies funds and portfolios, and democratizing real estate investment through tokenization. Since this is a YouTube channel—and anyone can make claims—I’ll provide some verifiable details about my story below.

How I Got Here…
At 15 years old: I moved to the UK alone to pursue a better education, despite not speaking any English and constantly facing racism—a challenging start.
22 years old: Immigrated to Los Angeles in search of better opportunities for life and business, and founded Primior, starting as a small-scale construction company.
25 years old: Began my venture in property development, starting to develop varies type of projects including luxury custom homes, multifamily, and mixed-use developments.
27 years old: Expanded to finance industry by acquisition of an investment bank to strengthen financial structuring capabilities and diversify my portfolio.
28 years old: Advocated for the establishment of California Chinese American Day to honor the contributions of Chinese Americans, which was legalized in 2019 as first ever Chinese American Day in American history.
31 years old: Launched USP, an investment management platform focused on tokenized real estate. The mission: making real estate accessible to everyone, empowering people to become landlords through fractional ownership.
32 years old: Acquired LAIRC, a regional center that focus on helping international investors to invest in US and obtain green card through EB5 Program, and I started to share free insights on social media.
33 years old: Started developing Gaia, an AI- and blockchain-powered investment management platform. Gaia helps real estate developers, entrepreneurs, and various fund managers access broader capital markets through tokenization while reducing compliance costs. It also connects global investors, enabling anyone to invest seamlessly in compliant tokenized investment opportunities, including security tokens (real estate, private equity, U.S. stocks) and real-world assets (RWA) such as gold and commodities.
34 years old: Personally led Primior Holdings to go public on the U.S. OTC stock market through a reverse merger (Stock Ticker: GRLT).

Today:
Primior continues to grow, managing over $2 billion in assets. I oversee a diverse portfolio that spans development, asset management, and advanced tokenized real estate investment platforms. My mission is not only to build wealth but to share the knowledge and tools to help others achieve financial freedom through real estate.
