Got called out to a failed Millenco where the cam had broken. Instead of replacing the full lock, I carried out a cam swap to keep costs down for the customer. Since the door is used like a back door (not auto-locking), this was a perfect, cost-effective solution.
After swapping the cams and reassembling the casing, I refitted the lock, tested everything, and made sure the door was working smoothly again.
