How to make a Southside
Today we are making a Southside, a classic gin-based sour recipe. Refreshingly balanced and with the addition of fresh mint.
Apparently originating out of the Twenty-One Club in New York whilst a long version over crushed ice were being served during prohibition on the southside of Chicago.
