Overnight attacks hit Kyiv’s eastern left bank, injuring one person and disrupting electricity and water for more than a million residents. Explosions were reported across the capital as Russia launched ballistic missiles, MiG Thirty One bombers, and waves of drones. Authorities announced metro disruptions amid a critical energy situation. Strikes were also reported in Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Rivne, and Zaporizhzhia. President Zelensky warned Russia was preparing a massive assault targeting energy infrastructure and facilities linked to nuclear power stations.
