You ever arch your low back in a plank or a push up?
Bear Planks and their variations could be a fix for you!
Having your hips in a bent position makes it really hard to arch your low back.
Give these a go in the Trunk & Core portion of your workout.
How to start and progress?
1️⃣Static Bear Plank: 2-4 sets of 20-30 sec.
2️⃣Bear Plank Leg Reach: 2-4 sets 5-10 reps each.
3️⃣Bear Plank Arm Reach: 2-4 sets 5-10 reps each.
4️⃣Bear Plank Bird Dog: 2-4 sets 5-10 reps each.
