Chicken Karahi (Pakistani Style)

This recipe is a fusion between a restaurant style (BIR) and more a more authentic south Asian classic , Chicken Karahi. This recipe is the Pakistani style of Karahi without peppers and with the addition of methi, yoghurt and fresh ginger to add that real Pakistani flavour. A delicious easy to make curry for those who like something spicy :)
