45 Minute FULL BODY MUSCLE BUILDING Workout | Strength Workout at Home -We are focusing on progressive overload today so we will be hitting 3 rounds of these strength exercises. All of the strength exercises can be done using dumbbells today. We will do a total body workout today but for sure your heart rate will be increased if you lift nice and heavy!
