250 grams of dried fettuccine pasta ( i used penne pasta)
1 skinless chicken breasts (about 250 grams total)
salt as needed
1/2 +1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
3 tablespoons butter
1.5 table spoons of garlic cloves , minced
1 cup heavy cream/fresh cream
1.5 cups milk
1 medium chopped onion
1/4 tea spoon oregano
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tea spoon paprika
finely chopped fresh parsley leaves, for serving
