Malaysian street food is some of the best in the world, but this 70 year old claypot chicken rice chef in Kuala Lumpur has become a local legend after 40 years of serving customers some of the best food in the city.
He has stuck with traditional cooking methods, using a charcoal stove to cook chicken and rice in authentic clay pots.
He does all of the cooking himself to ensure quality and consistency! This can result in queues of over 1 hour during peak hours, however his customers are willing to wait because the food is such high quality!
