Cornmeanl/grits/polenta recipe. Hey everyone in this video I have an easy grits/cornmeal/polenta recipe.
Ingredients: yellow corn meal, salt adobo. oil, spinach, and tomato. To begin, on medium heat add oil to your pot. Once hot add your spinach to sauté, then add your chopped tomatoes. After two minute add two and a half cups of water. add salt and pepper for taste, and add adobo seasoning. once water comes to a boil add your cornmeal. stir frequently to keep from clamping together. once water evaporate saran wrap, and cover. let it simmer for 3 minutes and enjoy.
