Ingredients:
2lb chicken breast
1/2 green bell pepper
1/3 of a red onion
4 smashed garlic cloves
1tbsp chicken boullion
1tbsp adobo
1tsp salt
*FOR THE EMPANADA
Empanada disc
Heart shaped cookie cutter
Any cheese
*FOR THE FILLING:
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
1 red onion chopped
2 smashed garlic cloves
1tbsp tomato paste
Shredded chicken
1tsp sazón complete
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp adobo
1tsp paprika
1/2tsp cajun seasoning
1/2tsp salt and pepper
1tsp dry thyme
1tsp dry oregano
1/4c chicken broth or water
