Learn how to kegel the RIGHT way! There are many mistakes that people make when doing kegels and I am going to share the most common ones with you today. This is a great video to help beginners learn how to kegel but also for anyone who wants to make sure they are doing their kegels correctly! Kegels strengthen the pelvic floor muscles which are a group of muscles that are important in bladder function, bowel function, and sexual function. Both women AND men have a pelvic floor meaning both women and men can kegel. The pelvic floor muscles are also a part of the core so they are important to know about! Adequate core strength is important in the prevention of injuries especially injuries of the lower back and hips.
