Hey guys I'm Tara and I am a doctor of physical therapy and a yoga teacher. My area of expertise in PT includes orthopedics and pelvic health. I am passionate about health and fitness and hope to convey this to you all through my channel. For my fitness routine I combine weight lifting and yoga and will be providing videos on how I do this.
