After two peaceful days soaking in the beauty of Skardu and the Shigar Valley, it was time to get back in the saddle. And subhanAllah — this route never stops astonishing me. Every turn reveals another postcard-perfect view: towering mountains, deep valleys, rivers glowing under the sun. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how small you are, and how majestic Allah’s creation truly is.
Skardu is a destination I can’t recommend enough. Whether you arrive by car, motorbike, or choose the slow and soul-stirring pace of a bicycle, this region will stay with you forever.
With renewed energy, we continue our journey towards China — one climb at a time, one valley at a time, one prayer at a time. Every mile adds a new story. Every sunrise brings new gratitude.
