Welcome back to The Muslim Cyclist!

After a hearty brunch at the Rakaposhi viewpoint featured in the last vlog, we hit the road again on our journey toward Gulmit, deeper into the heart of the Hunza Valley. It wasn’t long before the adventure took an unexpected turn — not just a road closure, but the entire road had collapsed.

That meant one thing: off-roading. And honestly? It was incredible. Riding along the rough trails on the mountainside gave us a whole new perspective on life here. The views were nothing short of breathtaking — every turn felt surreal, as if we were cycling through a postcard.

Eventually we rolled into Karimabad, then continued toward Gulmit, passing the iconic Passu Cones piercing the sky.

The journey goes on as we pedal closer to China — one climb, one valley, one prayer at a time.
