Is your baby in the breech position? Don’t worry—you’re not alone. Many babies are breech in the third trimester, and with the right exercises, you can encourage your baby to turn head down naturally.
In this video, I’ll guide you through 5 safe and simple exercises that can help create more space in your pelvis and encourage your breech baby to flip:
✅ Pelvic Tilts
✅ Low Lunge
✅ Bridge Pose (hold 3–5 minutes, 3 times a day)
✅ Downward Dog Walking
✅ Forward Leaning Inversion (hold for 3 breaths, 3 times a day)
These exercises are gentle, effective, and can be done at home. They not only help with baby’s positioning but also prepare your body for a smoother labor and birth.
