Ingredients -
For Dosa Batter -
oats 2 bowl 🥣
spinach 2 bowl 🥣
Fenugreek leaves 1 bowl 🥣
green chilli 3-4
ginger 2 inch
cumin seeds 1 tsp
water as required
gram flour 1 bowl 🥣
salt 1 tsp
asafoetida 1/4 tsp
and curd 2-3 tbsp
For Chutney-
desiccated coconut 1/2 bowl 🥣
roasted chana dal 1 bowl 🥣
garlic cloves 3-4
ginger 1 inch
green chilli 3-4
salt 1 tsp
water as required
For Chutney Tadka -
mustard oil 1 tbsp
black mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
red chilli 2
and curry leaves
For Dosa Stuffing -
onion 1
green chilli 2-3
coriander leaves
capsicum 1
paneer 100 gm
red chilli powder 1 pinch
black pepper powder
and salt 1 pinch
For Dosa cooking -
clarified butter 1 tsp
water 2 tbsp
