Testing an upper body finisher superset:
Zottman Curls paired with Dumbbell Triceps Extensions.
Finishers are used to add focused volume and controlled fatigue at the end of a session. This approach is common in Athlean-X inspired programming and endurance based strength work, including methods used by Ross Edgley.
