Today I tested super slow upper body work for The Able Father Project

Powell raises
Very slow tempo
About 4 to 6 seconds per rep
Full control
Full awareness
It felt strong and very effective
But also demanding
Probably too much to base an entire workout around this tempo
Still a valuable tool when used with intention
This is exactly why I’m testing everything
