Diddy Kong Racing has some of the best video game Christmas songs. I covered Frosty Village, Walrus Cove, and Snowflake Mountain in the past but I somehow never did Everfrost Peak! I felt it was about time I'd fix that.

I debated between acoustic or rock but ultimately settled on an upbeat acoustic version as I think it fits the holiday vibes a lot better and would nicely close off the year. A bit like I did on my Cool, Cool Mountain arrangement, I thought I'd turn it into what we French-Canadians of the east coast would call a "kitchen party" so... the spoons are back! I hope you'll enjoy how this turned out!
