I love chocolate and I love Coffee so how can it go wrong with both.
This cake was something I have been thinking about for a long time, but never really figured out how to make. I got very satisfied with the flavor profile in this recipe and hope you will like it too.
This cake is also gluten-free!
Recipe:
Flourless Chocolate cake
110g Dark chocolate
50g Butter
2 Eggs
15 ml Cold espresso
Milk Chocolate Coffee Cream
1 leaf Gelatin
100g Milk Chocolate
200g Cream
25g Roasted Coffee beans
Coffe Caramel Mousse
2 leaf Gelatin
300g White chocolate (Dulcey)
110g Cream (1)
40ml espresso
1,5 ts Vanilla sugar
300g Cold Cream (2)
Chocolate Ganache
200g Chocolate (46-66% cacao)
135g Cream
