Residence 3 is the largest floor-plan available for Alay. The downstairs bedroom has its own en-suite and walk in closet as well as a patio door to the small yard in the back.

The second floor opens up to a large living room with an electric fireplace. There are a lot of windows to let in natural light and allow for a nice breeze. The dining room is off to one side and there is a half bath just next to the kitchen pantry. The kitchen is a good size and showcases a 3 person waterfall island. The covered deck is a good size and offers enough room for seating and a small bbq.

On the third floor, there is a landing which has enough room for a small computer desk (which is shown in the video). The bedrooms are a good size and have closets which seem a little larger on one bedroom and there is a slightly smaller one off the back bedroom.

The master is larger and has a good size walk-in closet. The bathroom has a good size double vanity and separate water closet. This model also has a walk in shower and separate tub. While its not a large tub, its quite deep.

This model is currently (at time of making this video) priced in the low $600’s. Alay is very close to shopping and there is access to a pool and hot tub, shopping is very close by with many retail businesses to choose from. It is very quiet despite having an airport nearby.

There will be a community pool and other amenities which look very impressive and modern on the architectural drawings.
