Sweetwater Place is in Spring Valley, California, which is about 25 minutes east of Diego. Located at the corner of Jamacha Blvd and Sweetwater Springs Road, this development backs onto commercial properties such as storage. Jamacha is a fairly busy road and although we could hear road noise outside, once inside the homes, it was very quiet.

There are many hiking trails nearby and they vary in difficulty. Shopping is also nearby with groceries and pharmacy only minutes away.
