Spring Valley is around 20 minute drive East of San Diego. This development was a commercial shopping center before and is surrounded by existing homes. Sweetwater Springs Blvd adjacent to the this project and access the SR54 and SR94 are close by.

There are 3 home models available that vary in size. This model is in the largest in terms of size (2012 square feet). We have videos of the others as well. All models have a small space in the back for seating and a table as well as BBQ. There is space on either side of the home as well.

These model homes features open concept construction.

The main floor has an bedroom in the front corner which is just over standard size with a full bath off between the dining room. All rooms have plenty of windows to let in natural light in. The garage entryway is off the kitchen. Dimensions are not listed on the Lennar Website but we can estimate the garage is approximately 20’x20’ which is more or less a standard size (2 space garage).

The second floor is open and there is a loft (Bonus Room) at the top of the stairs. Bedrooms are a good size and the master bedroom is larger than standard.

No matter which model you view, all have an open and spacious feel with high ceilings, standard quartz countertops, in the kitchen and bathrooms. GE Appliances (Dishwasher, Gas Range, Over-the-Range Microwave, Side-by-side Refrigerator, and Front Load Washer and Gas Dryer).

Lennar® is the first builder to have WiFi Certified™ homes by WiFi Alliance®.

Lennar® has a feature called Everything’s included® With some exceptions such as backsplash, flooring and window treatments, everything you see in this model is what you get. Models have upgrades in all these areas.
