Welcome to Canopy Grove: Sanctuary - A brand new Lennar development with 4 models to choose from.

In this development, there is Canopy Grove: Retreat, Reflection, Haven and Sanctuary. We have all of these models on video.

Canopy Grove: Haven is in Escondido, California, which is around a 30 minute drive North of San Diego. This area a mix new construction surrounded by existing residential. Shopping is nearby.
Easy access to I-15 and SR78.

There are 4 home models available that vary in size. This model is the second largest in terms of size (2996 square feet). We have videos of the others as well.

This model is substantially larger than any of the other models we have toured (except for the rest of Sanctuary model). The main floor has kitchen, and living room in one area and the dining room opposite the kitchen. A spacious California Room is right off the dining room. The patio door is double door which opens up wide to allow easy access to the outdoor area. The back yard is quite substantial and leaves enough room for almost any patio furniture and fire pit and even a pool!

The main floor has a Den which could serve as a bedroom. It also has its own bathroom off a discrete hallway.

There is a loft at the top of the stairs which has enough room for a sectional. The remainder of the bedrooms upstairs with spare rooms separated by a laundry room and another full bath. There are 3 spacious bathrooms upstairs. The Owner’s Suite is large and has a very large en-suite. The walk in closet is off the master bath and is also quite large in size.

All models have an open and spacious feel with high ceilings, standard hard surface countertops, in the kitchen and bathrooms. GE Appliances (Dishwasher, Gas Cooktop, Range Hood, Wall Oven, Built-in Microwave, Refrigerator, and Front Load Washer and Dryer).

Lennar® is the first builder to have WiFi Certified™ homes by WiFi Alliance®.

Lennar® has a feature called Everything’s included® With some exceptions such as backsplash, flooring and window treatments, everything you see in this model is what you get. Models have upgrades in all these areas.

Features and included products vary by region so please contact the Canopy Grove Sales Team for more information. The view was really beautiful since there are some higher elevations nearby. These model homes are not in the location where the rest of Retreat will be. Please see the map at the end of the video for a better idea.
