3 simple cardio tennis drills.
Drill 1. Crusher drills - 2 lines at the baseline, first player from each line moves forward and plays a short attaching ball then moves off to the side and joins the opposite line.
Drill 2 Wide Backhand Short Forehand - 1 line in the middle of the baseline, the first player moves out and plays a wide backhand cross court, then moves diagonal across the court and plays an attacking forehand down the line.
Drill 3 Drop Shot Lob - Players line up on the serve line next to the inside tramline. First player moves directly forward and picks up a drop shop at the net and angles the ball crosscourt. They will then chase down a lob over their head on the backhand corner, this ball must bounce and be played down the line.
