생크림 200ml
물 100ml
밀가루 4ts
소금 1/4ts
미원 1/4ts
▶ 우유 또띠아 직경 20cm
▶ 식빵 4장
▶ 피자용 모짜렐라 치즈
▶ 통 모짜렐라 치즈
▶ 슬라이스 체다 치즈
▶ 파르미지아노 레지아노 치즈
▶ 파슬리 가루

★ 오븐 조리 시간
1차 : 호일 덮고 1시간
2차 : 호일 벗기고 5분

★ Ingredients - measuring spoon 1TBs=15ml, 1ts=5ml
▶ Ragusos
450g minced pork
300g minced beef
1ts cooking oil
1 ts of salt
1/2ts Miwon
1/4~1/2ts sugar
4-5 bay leaves
1ts dried basil powder
Thai raitip spicy red pepper powder 1ts
Fontana Tomato Sauce (Neapolitan Pomodoro Tomato)
▶ Fresh cream roux
200ml fresh cream
100 ml of water
4ts flour
1/4ts salt
1/4ts Miwon
▶ Milk tortilla diameter 20cm
▶ 4 slices of bread
▶ Mozzarella cheese for pizza
▶ Whole mozzarella cheese
▶ Sliced Cheddar Cheese
▶ Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
▶ Parsley Powder

★ Oven Cooking Time
1st: Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour
2nd: Peel off the foil and 5 minutes
