I made a ruffing die for the 22tcm. The key is the 23 degree angle. I first drilled and reamed the .370 case diameter to a .300 depth. Then rough drill 1/4 drill to .187 depth then finished ream hole to .300 .200 depth. But sharpen the reamer at 23 degree that helps when you final size through lee die. Cut case to 1.030 no annealing. No gouging.
