I’m using moderate dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter or forego the weights altogether. As always, NO JUMPING and NO TRANSITIONS TO THE FLOOR.

Timer is set for intervals of 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of transition time between exercises; go through the circuit twice.
