Plank - 1 Minute
Plank Hip Dips - 20 Reps
Bicycle Crunches - 10 Slow, 10 Fast, 10 Slow
Starfish - 20 Reps (10 each side)
Forward Bicycles - 30 Seconds
Backward Bicycles - 30 Seconds
Russian twist - 50 reps (25 each side)
Opposite Elbow to Knee - 20 on each side
Partner Leg Throws - 10 straight, 10 right, 10 left
Candlesticks - 20 reps
Oblique Crunch - 20 Reps Each Side
toe taps - 20 Reps
Alternating Toe Taps- 10 Each Side
Flutter Kicks - 30 Seconds
Cross Over - scissor kicks - 30 Seconds
In-n-outs - 20 Reps
Diamond Sit Ups - 15 Reps
repeat 3 times
