🌭 Chorizo Spice Mix
1 Tbsp paprika or chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp mixed dried herbs (Italian)
1/4 tsp coriander
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 clove garlic, pureed
1 Tbsp white vinegar (optional)
🍀 Chimichurri
100ml olive oil
35g parsley leaves
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
1/2 red jalapeño
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
