Here is one of the many videos coming on how to use each of the machines in the gym. In this one, we are using the Hoist Assisted Chin up & Dip Machine. When doing pull up or chin-ups you are working your lats (which would be your muscles that give a v shape to your back), your inner back and secondarily your biceps If you are doing dips you will work your chest and triceps. You can use the machine with assistance or without. We recommend if you have never used it before, or you are new to working out to 10 or 11 and adjust from there.
