Delicious shredded jicama/ bengkuang enclosed in a soft glutinous dough and steamed to perfection.
Recipe
500 shredded jicama
20g shredded carrot
2 tbsp chopped garlic
30g dried prawns soaked
5-6 chinese mushrooms shredded
Oyster sauce, mushroom granules, salt, lots of pepper
Dough recipe
230g glutinous rice flour
20g rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
250 +- ml hot water
2 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp oil
