Ingredients
Flour: 28g
Eggs: 2
Bell peppers: 3
Sausage: 90g
Salt: 1g
Sugar: 1g
Black pepper: to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds. Slice each bell pepper into 3 rings (about 9 rings in total).
Step 2: Dice the remaining bell pepper trimmings, then dice the sausage as well.
Step 3: In a bowl, combine the diced bell peppers, sausage, 2 eggs, flour, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well into a batter.
Step 4: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Place the bell pepper rings into the pan, then pour the batter into each ring. Cover with a lid and cook until one side is set, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Serve with ketchup, or enjoy as is.
Notes
The batter should be lightly seasoned but not too salty. If you prefer a lighter taste, you can dip the pancakes in ketchup — it’s just as delicious.

面粉:28g
鸡蛋:2个
彩椒:3个
香肠:90g

做法
第1步,彩椒洗干净,去掉蒂和籽,每个彩椒切3片,共计9片;
第2步,剩下的彩椒边角料切成丁,然后把香肠也切成丁;
第3步,彩椒丁和香肠丁放在一个盘子里面,并加入2个鸡蛋、面粉、盐、黑胡椒、糖均匀搅拌成面糊;
第4步,平底锅内预热后倒入一点油,油热后加入切成片的彩椒,再把面糊加到彩椒片中,盖锅盖,一面煎到定型后打开锅盖,翻面煎第2面,煎好后盛出,可以蘸番茄酱吃,也可以直接吃;
备注:面糊可以淡一点但是不要咸,淡了蘸番茄酱味道也一样好。
