TODAYS SESSION:
I have a really quick glute strength routine that is perfect to do before your run. This series is designed to work the glutes in a multidirectional plane of movement to challenge ALL the hip muscles and give you a holistic pelvic stability workout. The goal is to warm up and activate the glutes before you hit the pavement, to help with form, posture and efficiency.
