Pudla Sandwich | Easy to Make Snack recipe | Chetna Patel Recipes

Ingredients

For Batter
2 cup besan
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup capcicum
1/2 cup tomato
1/2cupcoariander
2 tbsp green chilli
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp hing
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
1 cup dahi
1/2 cup water
1 tsp red chilli powder

For Sandwich
2 roti
1 tsp Green chutney
1l2 tsp garlic chutney
1 tsp tomato ketchup
Cabbage
Coariadner
Sandwich massala
Grated cheese
Sandwich massala

For massala
1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
1.5 tbsp black salt
1 tbsp roasted jeera powder

To make pudla batter, take gram flour in a mixing bowl, add above ingredients & mix well & add water and whisk well to make a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick pan. Take
Roti lightly coat It with batter from all side and place it on the pan. Flip the Roti Drizzle some more oil flip once more.

take leftover roti or chapati green chutney, red chutney tomato ketchup
Sprinkle some cabbage coriander leaves, processed cheese and some sandwich masala. Close two sides of the roti and cut them into pieces.

Your roti pudla sandwich is ready, cut into triangles and grated cheese & sandwich masala serve hot with tomato ketchup
