Progress check in for my fitness journey so far. 5 foot 9 inches tall and 230 lbs, running 3 miles in 35:21 and hitting max power of 1303 watts in sprints. Goal is to decrease weight and increase overall speed and endurance. This can be achieved by dropping 10-20 pounds and working in short, long and interval runs.
